With the growing rate of unemployment and underemployment in Nigeria and across Africa, many young people are gifted, talented, and willing to work, but lack access to the right training, resources, and support. Our programme bridges this gap by providing skills development, entrepreneurship training, career guidance, and start-up support that open doors to meaningful livelihoods.
